INFORMATION REQUISITION PATHS
We collect information necessary to provide ultra-low latency gaming experiences. This includes **Technical Telemetry** (device model, GPU capability, and OS version) to ensure our games operate within battery thermal limits. We also collect **Account Credentials** when you create a profile to sync progress across devices. Matrixra does not engage in cross-app tracking or the sale of personal identifiers to third-party brokers.

What we Optimize
We prioritize millisecond input response time. To achieve this, we store temporary routing data which helps us identify engine bottlenecks on specific GPUs.
What we Sacrifice
We sacrifice aggressive marketing analytics. Matrixra does not track your behavior outside our game environments or use behavioral advertising hooks.
The Compliance Filter
Data storage is localized. Turkish player data remains on regional nodes in compliance with KVKK and other local app regulations.

Data Retention & Erasure
Information is held only as long as an account remains active. After 24 months of total inactivity, Matrixra initiates an auto-shred protocol for personal identifiers, leaving only anonymized telemetry for historical benchmarking.
Third-Party Interfacing
Our backend engineers audit all SDKs (Software Development Kits) monthly. We minimize external API calls to prevent "data bleeding" across diverse mobile network conditions in the Türkiye region.
Child Safety (COPPA/KVKK)
Matrixra applications are not designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is discovered, it is purged within 24 hours of identification.
