Matrixra provides interactive software and digital gaming environments. By accessing matrixra.space or any associated mobile applications, you enter into a legal contract with Matrixra, headquartered at İstiklal Caddesi No: 123, Istanbul. This agreement governs your license to use our software—a license that is non-exclusive, personal, and revocable.
Access is predicated on your technical compliance. Users must ensure their hardware meets the minimum system requirements tailored for low-latency performance in the Turkish region. Failure to maintain a stable environment does not constitute a failure of service on our part.
Executive Summary:
Matrixra grants you a limited license to play, not to own. We reserve the right to terminate access if system integrity or community safety is compromised by your actions or hardware configuration.
02. Integrity & Player Conduct
We prioritize algorithmic fairness. Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing external automation, "bots," or modification software that interacts with our application memory. In the context of the Turkish gaming scene, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment and localized toxic behavior.
Reverse engineering or decompiling binary assets.
Exploiting localized server latency for competitive advantage.
Unauthorized commercial redistribution of in-game screenshots or media.

What happens to my account during a suspension?
Suspended accounts lose access to all virtual assets and multiplayer privileges. We do not offer compensation for downtime resulting from behavioral violations.
Is my data shared with third-party networks?
Only to the extent necessary for payment processing or server maintenance. We never sell individual player profiles to marketing aggregators.
How are disputes resolved?
Conflicts are primarily addressed through our internal support team. Formal disputes are governed by the laws of Türkiye and settled in Istanbul courts.
Does Matrixra guarantee 100% uptime?
No. While we strive for high availability (aiming for 99.9%), server maintenance, regional outages, and technical upgrades may cause planned or unplanned service gaps.
Limitations of
Technical Liability.
1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
2. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS RESULTING FROM INTERRUPTED MOBILE CONNECTIVITY.
3. TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.
While we aim for a crash-free session per 1,000 users, environmental variables beyond our control (ISP variations, hardware thermal limits) are the responsibility of the end-user.

Matrixra games aim to push mobile hardware limits. By playing, you accept the inherent trade-off between extreme performance and varying hardware stability across different device generations. There are no performance guarantees for obsolete hardware.
